DAN.U. YUSUF (Chairman)
Yusuf holds a degree and Msc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with expertise in Project Management, I.T and Architectural design, spanning over 3 decades at various top executive/ managerial levels. He sits on boards of some Nigerian and foreign companies as a major investor. He has mentored many professionals, acquiring relevant training and certifications within the industry.
He is positioned as the Chairman of Dataroy Solutions Limited.
CHIDI.N. OKECHUKWU (MD/CEO)
Chidi holds a B-Engr. (Chemical Engineering), University of Port Harcourt and MSc (Business Administration) with high profiles, skills, and experiences in ICT, Engineering, numerous certifications, Solutions deployment/ implementation, troubleshooting, and Business Development. His expertise cuts across various OEM platforms, technologies, and industries with over 25 years of hands-on industry experience. His vast skills and experiences in enterprise Networking, System Engineering, data center solutions, IT Business Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, Strategic Management, HSE, and QA/QC Policy Development have earned him lots of consultation projects both locally and internationally. He was an executive director at Techlogic Ltd and several organizations.
He is presently the Managing Director/ CEO.
WILLIAMS INIOBONG (ED, Technical & Research)
Williams has a degree and MSc (Hon) in Analytical and Industrial Chemistry, from Lancaster University, UK. He was a Director Partner at ET&W Group with an exceptional specialty in Project Management and IT consultancy. He also has expertise in Core Networking, IT Business Management, business analysis, and management and Production (Oil & Gas). He has more than 25 years of experience in heterogeneous platforms, numerous IT Systems, and software Certifications with well elaborate training that has built an impeccable technological edge, providing values and inevitable solutions to the industry. He has also managed several IT project implementations across the continent and is presently the Technical Director.
MICHAEL.O. JAMES (ED, Business & Human Development)
Michael holds a first degree & MSc in Banking and Finance with vast experience, training, and consulting career that spans over 27 years. His astute business management skills have led to the establishment of blue-chip companies. rendering top-notch structural and Business services to clientele both locally and internationally. For many years he developed the entire Branding, Sales and Marketing, HR Structures and Policies, Business model, and Operational Processes for several top organizations. His talented strategist with business acumen impacted industries ranging from Government, Banking & Finance, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, and Manufacturing.
He is the Director- Business Development & Human Resources.
BABATUNDE. A. FUNKE (ED, Finance & General Services)
A robust graduate of accounting with flair in Financial Consulting, Marketing Communications and Management functions. Babatunde is a Chartered Accountant with a Master’s degree in Business Administration and professional experience spanning over 20 years in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, and Taxation in well-structured national and multinational firms. A highly skilled and resourceful manager sitting on the board of several blue-chip companies. She has previously worked at I. Netcom Limited, Fond & Count International Limited, and Martin Adeniji &Co (Chartered Accountants). She has vast practical experience in tax planning, audit and assurance, valuations, due diligence, and management accounting. She is the ED, Finance & General Services.
